Plot of land in Krasici

Land in Krasici, (more precisely Gosici-Klichkovina) Tivat community. The land is very interesting - large 1400 sq.m. the plot is after the road, ​ that is, you don’t need to cross the road to go to the sea, 150 m to the sea in the wonderful place of Boki, in a prestigious and sunny location of the bay. Mountain view, quiet, green. The plot is flat, there is no need to share it with other owners! (this is important when purchasing), ancient cultivated olive trees, mimosa, and lemons grow.​ The soil is without stones, the area is absolutely flat, there is no need to blow anything up. It is allowed to build villas on the site. The master plan (zone T3) provides for the construction of villas or tourist facilities. The best sandy beach in Montenegro, Plavi Horizon, is 1 km away. There is a green area around, the plan includes a golf club. But there is a restriction: construction is allowed after the construction of a five-star hotel on the shore. We wrote to the ministry, they assured us that they would change and remove this stupid restriction in the next “oak”. A new one is being prepared now. Urbanism of Tivat, the mayor of Tivat, and we (the owners) sent letters so that this mark would be removed in a new version. We are selling this land slowly as usual. Therefore the price is not high now. American writer Mark Twain once wrote that land is the only product that is no longer produced. This statement is especially true for beautiful Montenegro - the coastline is not very large. Before the pandemic, we were going to build an eco-village with an investor; the place is unique, and there will be no problems with tourists. These are 12 small, autonomous, ready-made residential units that will be connected to existing power systems. It is important that they do not require a building permit!!! Ideal for hotel business and individual living. Now everything has changed for us, and we are saying goodbye to this amazing country. Perhaps this will be interesting to someone! Build this stylish eco-village and organize a hotel business or live on your own. When the new oak tree comes out, get a building permit and build 3 large two-story villas there)
